The FRSC operatives have diverted traffic along Lagos-Ibadan expressway
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced a traffic diversion as 4 trailers collide on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway leading to a huge fire outbreak.
The accident happened on Sunday morning on Kara Bridge and it was said to have involved 3 tankers and 1 trailer.
The FRSC Commander for the Lagos State Sector, Mr Olusegun Ogungbemide broke the news in a statement given on Sunday morning.
FRSC operatives have however hurried to the scene and and the State’s fire servicemen have been invited and the fire has been extinguished.

Commuters who are not close to the scene of the accident have been advised to ply another route and those who are around the scene especially those around Mowe, Ibafo have been urged to drive very carefully while navigating the scene.
Traffic along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway has been diverted by the FRSC operatives and commuters are now going through an alternative route.
The sector commander urges everyone to drive carefully and wishes them a very safe trip.
