The file alleged that Ekpa is being used by enemies of South Eastern Nigeria to destabilize the region and make it ungovernable. The suit was filed on December 12. Nigerians from all parts of the country have expressed their disappointment over what some have described as a lack of coordination in the collection of the Permanent Voters Cards PVCs at the INEC collection centers nationwide. Reports from all parts of the country have been divided, with voters in the Northern part having an almost seamless experience, whereas the experience in the South has been marred by lack of coordination on the part of INEC, fear of insecurity in South East, total rowdiness in the South West and favoritism in South-South. Stakeholders have therefore called on INEC to intensify efforts towards making the process seamless for voters.
