2. OVER-CONSUMPTION OF FRIED FOODS

Over-consumption of fried foods causes belly fat.
What makes this worse are the groundnut oil used in frying that is high in cholesterol. They settle in your abdominal area and gives that unpleasantly protruding extra flesh.

3. CONSUMING PROCESSED FOODS

4. GOING TO BED IMMEDIATELY AFTER MEAL

Going to sleep immediately after eating or even lieing down decreases the rate of your food digesting.
This is because when you eat and sleep almost immediately, you are altering the process which the food ought to naturally digest. It then becomes hard for the food to go through the normal channel and it ends up settling in the lower abdomen.
