Sunday Igboho warns FG to unfreeze his accounts or face protest
Popular Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho has named Olayomi Koiki as his spokesperson while disclosing that he will no longer grant interviews as any news from Koiki is authentic.
Igboho while introducing his spokes person in a short viral video said “This fight is not about civil war, it is about the killer herdsmen who are killing are people.” Igboho said he will no longer grant interviews, stating any news that comes from Koiki is authentic.
“I have been seeing fake news flying here and there, some said I’m not scared of civil war, any news that you see henceforth that is not from Koiki don’t believe it. Anything Koiki says about me is true because we sleep and wake up together every day.” He said.
Igboho has however warned the federal government to unfreeze his bank accounts or face massive protests in the South West. Speaking with Vanguard, confirmed that all his accounts were frozen because some people were collecting donations.

However, he insisted he had no hand in the said donations. Igboho, who had issued a quit notice to Fulani herdsmen in Oyo and Ogun states, further made it clear he was determined to end criminality in the region. “They have frozen my bank accounts because I’m fighting a just cause. I know Yoruba people are behind me. “I will not relent. I must achieve my aims by putting an end to criminalities in Yorubaland. “If they refuse to release my accounts, there will be serious protests across the South-West. “The Yoruba are living in fear. They are afraid that the killer-herdsmen might attack them,” he said.
