…Nunieh is expected to appear before a Senate panel in Abuja today
The officers of the Nigeria Police have stormed the residence of Joy Nunieh.
Nunieh, who was the former acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has been invited to appear before a Senate panel to answer allegations of corruption leveled against her.
The security operatives arrived on Thursday morning at her house, 3, Owuru Creek View, Off Herbert Macaulay Street, Old GRA, Port Harcourt, early morning.

The Red Chamber is probing into the alleged misappropriation of N40billion NDDC funds.
Nunieh and Niger Delta Minister, Godswill Akpabio, for a while now, have engaged in jaw war at each other over the crisis rocking the NDCC Interim Management Committee (IMC).
