While the Special Assistant on Media to the Vice President has refuted the claims describing it as untrue and baseless, the main opposition party through its National Public Secretary of PDP Youth Alliance (PDPYA), Dr. Emeka Kalu while addressing journalists on Wednesday asked Osinbajo to tender his resignation letter to allow a thorough investigation on the indictment.
The reported indictment of N4 billion against the Vice President went viral online on Thursday and generated a lot of concerns both on cyber and public spaces.
Dr. Kalu also called for the resignation of the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Yakubu Mahmoud over an alleged scheme to rig the forthcoming Edo State governorship election for the All Progressives Congress (APC).
