…6 more people died of COVID-19
The nation’s health agency, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced the addition of 453 fresh COVID-19 infections in the country.
This was disclosed on Saturday on its official Twitter handle, as it revealed loss of 6 lives claimed by the pandemic.
The figures put the total confirmed cases at 46,140 as discharged cases are 33,044 and aggregate death toll hits 942.

The 453 new cases are reported from 19 states and Federal Capital Territory as Abuja (FCT) takes the lead having the highest number of infections.
The statistics are given as: FCT (75), Lagos (71), Benue (53), Delta (39), Borno (30), Enugu (25), Plateau (24), Osun (20), Abia (19), Oyo (17), Kaduna (16), Kano (13), Ebonyi (13), Ogun (9), Kwara (7), Ondo (6), Gombe (3), Ekiti (2), Akwa Ibom (1) and Rivers (1).
