No death recorded Nigeria according to the latest COVID-19 statistics released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday.
The nation’s health agency reported 143 new infections from 17 states and Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
In the latest figures, there are total 54,008 confirmed cases while the overall discharged cases are 41,638 and total deaths are put at 1,013.

The 143 new cases are reported from 17 states and Federal Capital Territory as Plateau still takes the leading figures of the infections.
The statistics are given as: Plateau (35), Kaduna (21), Lagos (19), FCT (13), Ebonyi (9), Adamawa (7), Enugu (7), Katsina (7), Edo (6), Kwara (5), Osun (3), Anambra (2), Kano (2), Niger (2), Ogun (2), Benue (1), Borno (1), and Sokoto (1).
