COVID-19: Nigeria Records 1 death
The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 156 new cases of the virus in 10 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The health agency announced this via a tweet on its official Twitter account.
NCDC report revealed that one person died from complications of the virus in the last 24 hours raising the number of fatalities in the country so far to 2,063.
The number of confirmed cases to far also rose to 164,912 cases while the number of recoveries increased to 155,012 as at 27th of April.
