Ajimobi was a man of honour -Wife
Late Senator Abiola Ajimobi’s wife, Florence has cried out that the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has shown no iota of sympathy over her husband’s death.
While reacting on Sunday, the former first lady of Oyo State also refuted the news making the round that the governor called her but she did not pick up his calls. She disclosed that she did not receive any call from her husband’s successor since her husband was hospitalised.
Ajimobi’s widow has therefore urged Makinde to stop playing politics with her dead husband.
She faulted the act saying the governor was not supposed to wait for her call before he would pay her a condolence visit.

She added that Ajimobi was a dutiful civil servant who deserved to be honoured even after his death.
The burial of the former governor which took place on Sunday recorded attendance of notable persons in the country.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Governors’ Forum Chairman, Dr. Kayode Fayemi paid the family a condolence visit.
