EdoElection: There is jubilation as Obaseki maintains lead
The Edo State Governorship election held on Saturday has shown that Godwin Obaseki is the candidate with the leading number of votes.
As is already known, PDP and APC are the strongest political parties in the election, making candidates Ize-Iyamu Obaseki’s highest opponent.

However, in 13 Local Government Areas where the results have been announced, Obaseki has maintained a strong lead. The remaining 5 LGAs will determine who emerges as governor.
