Chidinma Ojukwu’s case adjourned till September 5
The Lagos State Police Command has arraigned Chidinma Ojukwu the alleged murderer of Usifo Ataga, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of super TV before a magistrate court in Yaba.
Chidinma was arraigned on Monday before magistrate Adeola Adedayo alongside two other suspects.
The Police prosecutor, Cyril Ajifor, said the remand application was made according to section 264 subsections 1 and 2 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.

The magistrate ruled that she be remanded in prison for 30 days pending legal advice from the director of public prosecution (DPP) and adjourned the case to the 5th of September, 2021.
Recall that the 21-year-old confessed to killing 50-year-old Michael Usifo Ataga who was found dead on the 15th of June, 2021 at a short service apartment at No 19, Adewale Oshin Street, Lekki, Phase one, Lagos by stabbing him with a knife
