Asagba had complained of chest pain but gave up the ghost before he was rushed to the hospital.

Deputy Senate President Omo Agege

Mr Mudiaga Asagba who is a Special Assistant on Media to the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has died.

The former Broadcaster to Delta Rainbow Television in Warri, died yesterday, aged 52 in Abuja.

Daily Post reports that Asagba had complained of chest pain but gave up the ghost before he was rushed to the hospital.

Asagba, a veteran broadcaster joined Quest FM and Television Station in Otor-Ogor, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State after he resigned from Delta Rainbow in Warri.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Senate President has yet to issue any official statement at the time of filing this report.
